BASIC NEO is excited to announce that we are implementing significant improvements to our FSA administration system in the next few weeks. After careful research, we believe that we have found the best platform for our FSA, QTA and HSA benefits and debit card management and are eager to implement that solution for our clients.
Our new Wex Health Cloud product is a web-based platform that delivers award-winning healthcare solutions to more than 17 million consumers across the United States and Canada. Current FSA and QTA clients’ plans will migrate to the new platform in mid-June. Balances will automatically transfer from our current administration system without any disruption of service or break in coverage or debit card access.
New Improved Features of our FSA and HSA administration services
· Enhanced Employer Web Portal with self-service capabilities including employee account management and robust, flexible reporting.
· Enhanced Consumer Web Portal to view balances, history, and transaction detail.
· Mobile App for Apple® and Android™ smartphones and tablets that allows on-the-go healthcare consumers to track expenses, submit claims, and snap photos of receipts.
· Proven multi-account coordination with HSAs. Our new platform allows us to go beyond just setting up accounts with a third party bank – we actually administer the accounts through our partnership with HealthCareBank to bring full service HSA services to our clients. The BASIC NEO HSA solution seamlessly integrates each participants HSA with banking and investment services that offers a “sweep” function that will automatically move HSA funds to and from the investment account according to designated thresholds.
