Our staff includes one of a select number of practitioners in the U.S. who have earned the designation of Certified in Flexible Compensation from ECFC’s Academy of Professional Standards & Ethics. The CFC designation is the highest professional certification available for practitioners in flexible compensation.
We are committed to quality and professionalism, and invest in training every staff member, including completion of a training and certification program to earn individual “Certified Administrator” designations in their area of expertise. Other members of our staff have earned their professional certification in Human Resources management designations (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP).
